Diamond Custom Seats has created a passenger backrest for those GL 1800 Gold Wing passengers who would like more room (That's everyone, right?)  And for those passengers that feel they lean back too far.  We heard complaints that the severe angle of the passenger backrest was causing back and shoulder pain in passengers, so we developed a replacement pad that replicates the angle of the GL 1500 passenger pad that was very popular with almost all passengers. 
 
Our replacement pad is the same size and shape as the factory pad, but is thinner.  This gives the passenger 1 1/2 more inches of room and allows the passenger to sit more upright, thereby reducing back strain. The pad comes in black to match the factory vinyl on the bike seat and with the corresponding stitch pattern. The pad attaches in exactly the same way as the factory pad. The this passenger pad can be purchased with a new, custom-made Diamond Seats saddle, or separately.
